Claims Manager, Sharnette Anderson holds full responsibility for Billy Craig’s claims portfolio. In this role she ensures efficiency by providing leadership and guidance to the claims team. She also works to build strong corporate relationships with all partners and clients. Throughout her 30 years of service with the company, her leadership skills have been nurtured by her managers and supervisors, and she has taken every opportunity to advance her skills and develop into an outstanding manager. Proud of the role she is now charged with, she maintains her duty to deliver professional service with respect and integrity. Despite leading a department that is by nature extremely sensitive and varied, Sharnette’s ability to maintain calm while handling complex matters, lends to the smooth flow of the department and by extension, the organization as a whole. Loyal and tenacious, she considers her most significant achievement to be her tenure, having started with Billy Craig right out of school. Holding compassion as a vital part of her work, she always seeks the most favourable outcome for Billy Craig’s clients.
